Our Lenses – KR Resin
Impact Resistant
KR resin material, with its high surface finish, is a standout in the industry. Its unique network-shaped cross-linked molecular structure provides it with strong impact resistance. The coating film, typically made of magnesium fluoride (MgF2) with a refractive index of 1.38, can be applied in one or multiple layers, enhancing the material's performance and durability.
Improved Clarity
KR resin lenses, with their innovative use of destructive interference, impressively reduce reflected light, leading to a significant enhancement in visible light transmittance, often reaching 98%. These super-tough resin lenses, with an Abbe number as high as 43, a medium-low dispersion material, effectively minimize colored edges when viewing objects, ensuring clearer views and more expansive vision fields.
ANTI-SCRATCH
Lenses with an anti-scratch coating are much more complex, more resistant to scratching, and, therefore, more durable.
UV PROTECTION
UV protection coating has an invisible dye that blocks the ultraviolet (UV) rays, thus preventing them from harming your eyes.
ANTI-REFLECTIVE
This coating eliminates reflection, making the lenses appear less visible. It also minimizes glare caused by reflection and provides better vision when working on a computer or driving in bright sunlight.
